PLAINTIFFS, ALLEGE AS FOLLOWS:
A. Plaintiff
1. SERENITY CHEYENNE BISPO; ASHLEY RODRIGUEZ; MONICA SALVIEJO; PATRICK TIMOTHY O'LEARY; CARALENA MARTINEZ; LAMICHA CARTER; TANISHA S. DEANS; JANET PRIES; GARY PERSONS; STEPHANIE ORTEGA; ALEEYA ORTIZ; SHAKEISHA SITI WARD; MONTRECE T BROWN JR.; SUSAN DE LOS SANTOS; ELLA JANE BRITNEY BARTON; JUSTIN SLAUGHTER; MARLENE ELIZABETH MOORE; BILLY AGUILAR; SOPHIA GARCIA; BERTIE BROOME; and SAVANNAH PUTNAM are current and former tenants of the residential property located at 5501 Norris Rd., , a residential apartment building ("the Property"). The Plaintiffs have at all times satisfied the provisions of their leases and were in lawful possession of their apartments.
2. Plaintiff SERENITY CHEYENNE BISPO lived in 5501 Norris Rd., Building 20, Unit 7 from February 2020 to July 2021 . For the purposes of this action, the essential terms of that lease agreement are that: Plaintiff paid rent to live in the apartment and Plaintiff's landlord was required to comply with whatever obligations are imposed by law as to the agreement, including the implied warranty of habitability and the covenant of quiet enjoyment. This Plaintiff has a written lease for the apartment which renewed as a matter of law.
3. Plaintiff ASHLEY RODRIGUEZ has lived in 5501 Norris Rd., Building 21, Unit 11 from 2019 to the present. For the purposes of this action, the essential terms of that lease agreement are that: Plaintiff paid rent to live in the apartment and Plaintiff's landlord was required to comply with whatever obligations are imposed by law as to the agreement, including the implied warranty of habitability and the covenant of quiet enjoyment.

5. Plaintiff PATRICK TIMOTHY O'LEARY has lived in 5501 Norris Rd., Building 27, Unit 34 from April 2012 to the present. For the purposes of this action, the essential terms of that lease agreement are that: Plaintiff paid rent to live in the apartment and Plaintiff's landlord was required to comply with whatever obligations are imposed by law as to the agreement, including the implied warranty of habitability and the covenant of quiet enjoyment.
6. Plaintiff CARALENA MARTINEZ has lived in 5501 Norris Rd., Building 31, Unit 51 from August 2018 to the present. For the purposes of this action, the essential terms of that lease agreement are that: Plaintiff paid rent to live in the apartment and Plaintiff's landlord was required to comply with whatever obligations are imposed by law as to the agreement, including the implied warranty of habitability and the covenant of quiet enjoyment.
7. Plaintiff LAMICHA CARTER has lived in 5501 Norris Rd., Building 31, Unit 52 from March 2020 to the present. For the purposes of this action, the essential terms of that lease agreement are that: Plaintiff paid rent to live in the apartment and Plaintiff's landlord was required to comply with whatever obligations are imposed by law as to the agreement, including the implied warranty of habitability and the covenant of quiet enjoyment.
8. Plaintiff TANISHA DEANS has lived in 5501 Norris Rd., Building 32, Unit 56 from August 2016 to the present. For the purposes of this action, the essential terms of that lease agreement are that: Plaintiff paid rent to live in the apartment and Plaintiff's landlord was required to comply with whatever obligations are imposed by law as to the agreement, including the implied warranty of habitability and the covenant of quiet enjoyment.
9. Plaintiffs JANET PRIES and GARY PERSONS have lived in 5501 Norris Rd., Building 36, Unit 69 from December 2016 to the present. For the purposes of this action, the essential terms of that lease agreement are that: Plaintiff paid rent to live in the apartment and Plaintiff's landlord was required to comply with whatever obligations are imposed by law as to the agreement, including the implied warranty of habitability and the covenant of quiet enjoyment. Plaintiffs have a written lease for the apartment which renewed as a matter of law.
10. Plaintiff STEPHANIE ORTEGA has lived in , Building 12,
